Terms of service
SpeakBot is a product of RCMedia Services, Inc., which provides a comprehensive scripting engine for audio production. The service includes high-end text-to-speech (TTS) services, an OpenAI feature to assist with copywriting, an audio templating system, and outputs in both MP3 and a shot sheet on a per chapter basis. By using SpeakBot, you agree to be bound by the following terms of service.
Service Availability:
RCMedia Services, Inc. strives to make SpeakBot available at all times. However, there may be circumstances that prevent the service from being available, such as scheduled maintenance or technical difficulties. RCMedia Services, Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service, with or without notice, at its sole discretion. RCMedia Services, Inc. makes no guarantee regarding the availability of SpeakBot.
User Conduct:
You agree to use SpeakBot only for lawful and ethical purposes. You are solely responsible for any content generated through the use of the service and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any illegal or unethical use of SpeakBot, including but not limited to the distribution of copyrighted or trademarked materials, is strictly prohibited.
Content Ownership:
The content generated through the use of SpeakBot is owned by you, the user. RCMedia Services, Inc. claims no ownership rights over the content and is not responsible for its distribution or use.
Limitation of Liability:
RCMedia Services, Inc. will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use SpeakBot. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, and consequential damages. In no event will RCMedia Services, Inc. be liable for any damages greater than the amount paid by the user for the use of SpeakBot.
Changes to Terms of Service:
RCMedia Services, Inc. reserves the right to change the terms of service at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of SpeakBot after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to periodically review the terms of service for any updates or changes.
Governing Law:
These terms of service will be governed by the laws of The United States. Any disputes arising from the use of SpeakBot will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of The United States.
Entire Agreement:
These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between you and RCMedia Services, Inc. and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the use of SpeakBot.
